1. Services

Golf Garage provides indoor golf simulator rentals, memberships, coaching programs, event hosting, and related services. Availability may vary and is subject to change.

2. Memberships & Bookings

Memberships are billed according to the selected plan and are non-transferable.
Bookings are subject to availability.
Cancellation policies for reservations and memberships will be outlined at the time of booking.

3. Payment & Refunds

Payments must be completed at the time of booking or membership sign-up.
Refunds are issued in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Golf Garage reserves the right to modify pricing at any time.

4. Code of Conduct

When using our facility or participating in events, you agree to:

Treat staff, guests, and property with respect.
Follow safety rules and instructions from Golf Garage staff.
Refrain from inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive behavior.

Golf Garage reserves the right to remove or refuse service to individuals who violate this Code of Conduct.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (text, images, graphics, logos) is the property of Golf Garage and may not be used without permission.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Golf Garage is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during use of our facilities or services. Use of our simulators, events, or classes is at your own risk.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
