I’m passionate, dedicated to helping people at all stages of their journey feel empowered through movement. I believe in the power of Pilates to build strength, balance, flexibility, and confidence in the body. My journey with Pilates began a few years ago when I was introduced to the practice by Kimberly.  It quickly became a transformative part of my life, inspiring me to join the Move Pilates team, to support others in their exercise journey through the principles of concentration, centering, control, and precision.  I aim to guide clients with intention and care through each flow.

I’m currently completing my comprehensive Pilates certification through Balanced Body. As I continue to grow and learn, I’m committed to creating a welcoming, supportive space for clients of all levels to thrive. I’m truly honored to be a part of your practice.
