WEST COAST GOLF ASSOCIATION

Today, we are making history together.

As the owner Golf Garage, I am excited and proud to create an opportunity for kids and golf.  Growing up I had multiple avenues to play at a low or discounted price.  Many of these programs have gone away or have limited access.  Which is why this association is so important to the future of Southern Oregon kids.

WHY WE ARE HERE?

West Coast Golf Association was formed because of the barriers to entry to the game of golf.  All funds will be distributed to kids in need and will give them access to facilities, equipment and coaching.

THE GOAL!

We want every kid to have the opportunity to play golf. Although West Coast Golf Association will focus on Jackson, Josephine, Douglas and Klamath Counties the model can serve as a cookie cutter around the country.   With more kids playing the game, it will create a stronger local economy.   Eventually these kids can use the

Initial Fundraising Goal

The ultimate goal of this fundraising campaign has multiple phases.  Phase one is to raise $500,000 in the first year.  Phase two is to raise an additional $1.5 million bringing the total raised to $2 million.  This will allow for sustainability and serve the kids in our geographic area.

Golf teaches so many life skills such as; integrity, honesty, friendship, communication and leadership to name a few.  However, golf has always been known as a high barrier to entry sport based on the cost associated with equipment, facility usage, and coaching.  With your continued support through giving whether that is financial support or simply word of mouth, we can make this dream a reality.

We can’t thank you enough for being part of this important step in our campaign process.  If you would like to be more involved, please reach out to me at any time at the email below.

With gratitude,
